You can do this via OVCS Internet Voting System, or by physically going to the Embassy office. After having verified their name o the country’s list of certified overseas voters (CLOV), the next thing you should do is to plan your trip to the Philippine foreign post between April 13 to May 12 (1 month) for the overseas voting process.

Filipino voters in Abu Dhabi can participate in the 2025 Philippine midterm elections either online via the OVCS (Online Voting Control System) or in person at voting facilities provided by the Philippine Embassy. See the schedule below:
