Residents and visitors can join a free sunrise yoga session at The Gate at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) on Sunday, November 29, 2026. Dubai Yoga will serve as the closing event of this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge, and registration for the session is now open.
The 10th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge runs from October 31 to November 29. Dubai Yoga, presented by MHERO, is one of four major events on the calendar. Organizers note that the yoga session requires its own registration, even for people who have already signed up for the wider challenge.

Morning Schedule
Gates open at 5:15am, with a DJ, live music, wellness activations and food and drinks available. Prayer time is set from 5:42am to 5:52am.
From 5:55am to 6:25am, attendees can watch a display by Yogasana champions alongside live music. A sound bath, breathwork and warm-up follow from 6:30am to 6:45am.
The main 30×30 sunrise yoga session runs from 6:45am to 7:15am. A post-yoga experience with music, wellness activations and refreshments continues from 7:20am to 8:00am.
Open to All Experience Levels
No prior yoga experience is needed. The event is open to first-timers, seasoned practitioners and families alike.
Separate zones will be set aside for families, women-only participants, general participants and people who need accessible facilities. Children can take part, but anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.
Before Heading to the Venue
Organizers will provide yoga mats, so participants do not need to bring their own. Event guidelines recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and carrying a refillable water bottle.
There will be no lockers on site. Attendees are advised to keep personal belongings to a minimum.
Looking Ahead
Because of the early start, those planning to attend may want to arrange transport ahead of time. Updates, including any changes to the programme, will be posted on the official Dubai Yoga page of the Dubai Fitness Challenge website. Checking the page in the days before November 29 can help participants arrive on time and prepared for the morning session.
